📜 Refunds & Cancellations Policy — PoojaGhar

At PoojaGhar, we strive to provide a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience by connecting you with trusted, knowledgeable pandits from renowned temples. We value your trust and aim to be transparent about our service and refund process.

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • Before 48 Hours of Scheduled Pooja:
    Full refund of the amount paid, excluding any payment gateway charges (typically 2%-3%).

  • Between 24 to 48 Hours of Scheduled Pooja:
    50% refund of the total amount will be processed.

  • Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Pooja:
    No refund will be issued due to prior commitment of panditji, samagri procurement, and scheduling costs.

2. Cancellations by PoojaGhar

  • In the rare case of an unavailability of pandits or unforeseen circumstances on our end, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded immediately to the original payment method.

  • Additionally, we may offer a free rebooking option at your convenience.

3. Refund Process Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the cancellation request is approved.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit card).

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • First Rescheduling (Up to 24 hours prior):
    Allowed once without any additional charge.

  • Subsequent Rescheduling:
    Will incur a nominal administrative fee of ₹500 per reschedule.

5. Non-Refundable Components

  • If samagri kits are already dispatched or delivered, ₹700 (samagri kit value) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Any customized Poojas involving specific astrology consultations or elaborate setups are non-refundable once scheduled.

6. Special Cases

  • No Show by Customer (Pandit arrives, but customer unavailable):
    No refund applicable.

  • Pandit No Show:
    100% refund or Free Reschedule + 10% service credit for inconvenience.
